Ambient Igloo offers a high-trust, end-to-end design and renovation management service for clients who want an exceptional final result without personally carrying the operational weight of the project.
We work with a select number of clients each year, developing the full creative direction of the home while managing every contractor, supplier, specialist, and site milestone required to bring it to life properly.
Phase One — Creative & Technical Design Leadership
Every successful renovation is built on what happens before a single wall is opened or contractor is appointed.
This phase defines the direction of the entire project and ensures all key decisions are made with clarity from the outset.
We focus on:
Spatial planning and draft layouts
Early-stage design directon and overall concept
Collaboration with architects, surveyors and consultants
Preparation of a detailed Design Scope of Works
Lighting and power plans
Finding, qualifying and contracting builders and suppliers
By the end of this phase, every element of the project has a clear and considered direction.
Investment:
£20,000
(50% on appointment, 50% once Contractor commencement date is set)
Phase Two — Full Renovation Oversight & Implementation
Our role is not to pull you into daily site management, endless contractor conversations, or constant sourcing decisions.
We structure the process so your input is required only at the right strategic moments, while we handle the day-to-day coordination, communication, follow-up, and quality control behind the scenes.
You remain informed, supported, and in control—without being consumed by the renovation.
We lead:
Full spatial and interior design development
Material, finish, and fixture selections
A product catalogue for all specified items
Sourcing and supplier coordination
Daily review, refinement, and design pivoting as the project evolves
Complete project management until ‘move-in’ day
We remain closely involved at every stage, working between all parties to ensure the design is consistently interpreted and properly realised on site.
Investment:
£3,000 per month (min 6 month term)
(each month paid upfront + the prior month’s material and travel fees where applicable)
